The best tea is prepared from loose leaf, steeped in hot, not boiling, water! Can you tell I’m a fan of a good cuppa cha? (Oh, yes, that’s how the Brits would say it.) Can’t WAIT for your fiction to drop by the way!!

I never drank tea until about 10 years ago. Now I like a good cup of hot decaf tea at least once a day. My daughter-in-law introduced me to the loose tea and I love it. The cookbook sounds wonderful. I love reading authors newsletters, they are full of so much information. Thanks for the contest.
